We just received about 120 basses, guitars and amps from Tom Hamilton of Aerosmith. Tom is a founding member of Aerosmith. After 50 years in one of the hardest touring bands ever, he’s asked us find new homes for his prized gear with people who will enjoy them as much as he has. This gear has made rock and roll history in the world’s largest venues and under the most intense studio scrutiny. Now it’s your turn to make your own rock history.

Tom Hamilton has been playing the legendary Sadowsky basses since the early 1990s. His long relationship with the Sadowsky guitar company has established him as one of their longest running and most famous endorsers.

This beautiful blue sparkle Sadowsky NYC 4 string was custom built specifically for Tam Hamilton with no visible tone or volume controls. Roger Sadowsky, guitar guru responsible for Sadowsky guitars and basses, explained the backstory on this somewhat unusual set up. ”

“This was a bit of a “fun” gift I made for Tom. His tech told me he set all of the controls to “10”, so we made it with no knobs. The pots are actually in the control compartment”.

It’s in great shape but shows obvious signs of being used. It includes the 2 page live Aerosmith hand written set list found in it’s case, plus Tom’s original strings from the last time he used the bass.

Acquired directly from Tom Hamilton. Tom’s bass tech personally inspected the amp and confirmed it was in excellent working condition with no notable issues.

The guitar is identified by an Aerosmith inventory tag. It includes an F Bass heavy padded case, one of Tom Hamilton’s custom bass pics and a certificate of authenticity signed by Tom Hamilton.
