This Tama-Camco chain drive bass pedal was owned and used by legendary drummer Elvin Jones. Elvin was an early advocate of the chain drive bass pedal. Elvin used a wide variety of bass pedals throughout his career but once he arrived at the Tama-Camco, it became his go-to pedal for the rest of his life. The Dan-Mar red wooden beater also became his beater of choice.
Part of a large collection of Elvin’s gear acquired directly from his estate. COA signed by Elvin’s wife.
