Wow! A collection like this doesn’t pop up very often. This collection of deeply historic Cheap Trick items was acquired in separate transactions, directly from Rock and Roll Hall of Fame members Rick Nielsen and Bun E. Carlos. All items are include individual COAs signed by Carlos and Nielsen as well as photos and video of each piece being played in live performance with Cheap Trick.

The following are included,

Bun E. Carlos’ 1970s Slingerland 6.5×14 custom brass plated snare drum. The drum was used on the band’s 1979-1980 Dream Police tour promoting their album of the same name. The drum is in excellent condition but shows some minor signs of being used on a major concert tour. The drum is signed by Bun E. Carlos and includes a pair of his stage used, signature model drumsticks and drum gloves, a replica Cheap Trick logo bass drum head and a signed copy of the Dream Police album.

Rick Nielsen’s 1995 custom Hamer double cutaway checkered guitar. The guitar was one of Nielsen’s touring guitars used in live performances from 1995 through about 2015. Nielsen’s long association with Hamer guitars and checkerboard pattern make this guitar an instantly recognizable iconic Cheap Trick artifact. The guitar includes an original Hamer case, Nielson’s checkered guitar strap and a generous hand full of Nielsen’s custom graphic guitar picks.
