David Silveria’s KORN “Untouchables” Tama Drumset, $7,995.00
This Tama Starclassic Maple shell drum set was owned and used by original KORN drummer David Silveria. He used the set on the bands “Untouchables” and “Take A Look In The Mirror” albums and tours in 2002 and 2003. The set was featured in a Tama promotional poster and displayed in the Tama booth at the NAMM show about the same time. The set was purchased directly from Silveria by a fan. I acquired the set in 2014. The custom chrome finish was made especially for Silveria. He wanted a set that was all chrome, drums, hardware, heads and fittings. The set as Silveria played it includes a 20″x 18″ bass, 16″x 16″ and 15″ x 15″ floor toms, 10″ x 5.5″ and 12″x 6.5″ mounted toms, 20″ x 14″ gong drum and a matching 14″ x 6″ snare. All toms have Tama Starcast mounting systems.
The condition of the drums is excellent. Nothing damaged broken or missing. The heads are the same heads that were on the set when it was originally received directly from Silveria. There are several fairly light scratches and scuffs in the chrome finish but overall it looks excellent. The photos depict the condition very accurately. The bass drum has a factory installed May internal microphone mount. There are 3 holes nest to the right side spur. It appears the spur may have been moved at some point.
All the drums in the photos are included. No stands are included. Bass drum is signed inside shell “David S., KORN”. COA signed by seller.
